Have you made your Seller's Property Condition Disclosure emailable from Paragon? Overlooking the checkbox to make "Public" will prevent other agents in the MLS from sending this important document directly to their clients from the Paragon system.

As a best practice, be sure to check the "Public" box in your Associated Docs in Paragon for any document that is intended for public view. This box is unchecked by default.
